Organizational Model

All communities in the United Humankind ecosystem operate based on unified interaction protocols. The development, testing, and evolutionary improvement of these protocols are carried out by a special temporary organization—the Constructors of United Humankind.

The Constructors’ task is to bring together people who share the values of United Humankind by creating protocols, building trust, and launching sustainable local communities based on mutual support and horizontal connections. As a mature, self-regulating, and decentralized system takes shape, the need for the Constructors ends, and the organization is dissolved, transferring protocol management to the ecosystem.
